BALERINA

Active ingredients: 2,4-D, complex 2-ethylhexyl ether 410 g / l, florasulam 7.4 g / l

Formulation: Suspension emulsion.

Purpose: Post-emergence herbicide of systemic action for the destruction of annual dicotyledons, including those resistant to 2,4-D and MCPA, and some perennial root weeds in crops of grain crops and maize

Spectrum of action: Ballerina® destroys more than 150 species of dicotyledonous weeds (including those resistant to 2,4-D and MCPA), including tenacious bedstraw, chamomile (species), wild thistle, yellow thistle, bindweed, blue cornflower, field mustard, shepherd's purse, field yarrow, wild radish, white marsh, poppy seed, shiritsa (species), medium starlet, highlander (species), bindweed buckwheat, ragweed, Sofia descurania, Tatar lettuce, medicinal dandelion, etc.

Mechanism of action: Florasulam is an inhibitor of the formation of the enzyme acetolactate synthase, 2,4-D causes an auxin-type reaction. This dual action of the herbicide reduces the potential for resistance in weeds.
The herbicide has systemic activity, quickly, within 1 hour, penetrates through the leaves and spreads to all parts of weeds, including roots, and blocks the growth of cells in young tissues.

Benefits of the drug:

  • Highly effective against a wide range of dicotyledonous weeds, including bedstraw, chamomile, thistle and milkweed.
  • High speed of action.
  • Wide "window" of application (up to the phase of the second culture internode).
  • No aftereffect and can be used in all types of crop rotations.

Features of application: The best effect of the drug is achieved when processing annual dicotyledonous weeds in the phase of 2 - 6 leaves (height 5-10 cm), perennial root-suckers - in the phase of the rosette before the start of stalking.
The maximum consumption rate is used in cases: initial high contamination; predominance of perennial root-sucking weeds in crops; the presence of overgrown weeds (tenacious bedstraw at a height of 15 - 20 cm, types of chamomile - up to 20 cm, types of thistle and thistle - before budding). The optimum temperature for application is from 8 to 25 °C, when there is an active growth of weeds and the drug acts faster. It is not recommended carrying out the treatment on the days when night frosts are predicted, and after them, due to the possibility of reducing the effectiveness of the drug.

Working fluid consumption: 200 - 300 l / ha.
